Your Role at BBO

As an Assistant Warden, you'll be integral to our daily operations, participating in:

  • Managing guest services and accommodation

  • Supporting our eco-tourism initiatives and shop operations

  • Assisting with vital shorebird research and conservation projects

  • Assiting withbirdwatching tours for visitors from around the world

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Enthusiastic about wildlife and conservation

  • Comfortable working in a small team environment in remote and rugged conditions.

  • Ready to engage with visitors from diverse backgrounds

  • Holder of a manual driver's license (PTA License required - Mandatory).

Flexible Placement Options

Choose between:

  • 4-month placement (March – June or July – October)

  • 8-month placement (March – October)
